Evalumate

Terms of Service

For the Evalumate iOS app. Last updated 11 September 2026.

By creating an account you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use Evalumate.

Who can use Evalumate

You must be at least 13 years old, and old enough to form a binding contract where you live. One account per person. You are responsible for what happens under your account, so keep your password to yourself.

What you post

You keep ownership of everything you post. By posting, you give us a licence to store it, display it to the people you have chosen to share it with, and show it inside the app — nothing more. That licence ends when you delete the content or your account, except for copies already shared with other people and ordinary backups.

You are responsible for what you post, and you confirm you have the right to post it. Reviews should reflect your genuine experience.

What is not allowed

Reporting and moderation

Every post, comment and account can be reported from inside the app, and you can block any account. Reports are reviewed by a person. We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these terms, and we will act on objectionable content within 24 hours of a report.

There is no appeal process yet. If you believe something was removed in error, email info@evalumate.net and a person will look at it.

Posts sent to other people

A post you send to someone in the app is visible to them for three days and is then deleted automatically. Deleting it does not un-send it: assume the person you sent it to has seen it.

Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time from Settings, which removes your profile, posts, media and activity. We may suspend or terminate an account that breaks these terms, or that is used to harm someone.

The service is provided as it is

Evalumate is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows. We do not guarantee that it will be available without interruption, or that content posted by other people is accurate. Reviews are personal opinions, not advice — do not treat them as the only basis for a purchase.

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim relating to Evalumate is limited to the amount you have paid us, which for a free app is nothing. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

Changes

We may update these terms. If a change is material we will tell you in the app before it takes effect, and continuing to use Evalumate after that means you accept the new terms.
